The geometrical shape of wood blocks is used to construct the stupa in the high level of Borobudur temple. The shape represents the unstable state before the Buddha enlighten. The unique geometric shape reminds me that I am in an unstable state before I really explore my work’s direction where I will lead to. As the meditation is the path towards enlightenment and it is the meditation time for me when I am working with this sculpture.
